First Friday

Downtown Sumter has something going on every month and now there's First Friday! Come downtown the First Friday of each month for evening dinning, its fabulous food and live entertainment!

Katherine's Restaurant and Tavern on Main are great places to start your evening.  Delicious entrées served in a relaxing atmosphere or join your friends at the tavern and then head to the Sumter Opera House for live entertainment (doors open at 8:00 p.m.) as the Sumter's House of Comedy hits the stage for exciting laughter and loads of fun!
