The mission of the City Park Patrol is to provide security for all City parks and park visitors through vigilant monitoring and crime prevention efforts. These courteous, patient and cheerful officers also provide a terrific welcome to both visitors and residents of the Sumter community. Your parks experience is bound to be a great one with these professional staff members at your service!
In addition to security, our Park Rangers are pleased to provide information, first aid, festival and event support. Your safety and enjoyment are their first concern.
